Konges Sløjd: An imaginative world for children

At House of Kids, you will find a wide selection of popular products from the Danish brand Konges Sløjd. The collection includes children's clothing and toys inspired by the world of children and created to contribute to the wonderful, magical world our little ones inhabit. The clothing features beautiful prints and colours in calm, muted shades that both spark creativity and encourage the imagination of the children they are designed for. The toys are suitable for babies as well as older children and include dolls, building blocks and teddy bears, along with bodysuits, dresses and leggings.

In short, Konges Sløjd offers a wonderful universe for the little ones at home. We also recommend exploring Hust & Claire, a children's universe filled with exciting products ranging from clothing to toys and even essentials for mealtimes.

GOTS and OEKO-TEX

Konges Sløjd has a clear mission to create clothing, toys and children's and baby essentials under sustainable conditions and using more sustainable materials. That is why the brand holds several certifications, giving you reassurance that its products are made under responsible conditions and without unnecessary chemicals. 90% of the cotton used in its textile production is organic, and the brand exclusively uses RDS-certified down and feathers, for example in its winter jackets. When you buy Konges Sløjd children's clothing for your child, you can feel confident that it is made with consideration for both the environment and your child's health.

The brand also places great emphasis on using high-quality, durable materials, allowing clothing to be passed down from an older brother to a younger brother, from an older sister to a younger sister or even from one generation to the next when properly cared for. If you are looking for clothing that focuses on sustainability and premium materials, we also recommend exploring Hust & Claire and Wheat.

FSC-certified wooden toys

The fact that Konges Sløjd's wooden toys are made from FSC-certified wood means that the wood used in the products comes exclusively from responsibly managed forests. This certification sets requirements for the people working in forestry and with logging, as well as for how animals and plants in the forests are protected and allowed to thrive under proper conditions. You will also find this certification in the wooden toys from MaMaMemo, a brand especially known for its extensive selection of pretend food.
